Instagram is apparently a great place to meet sport artists. Stumbled upon Marcus there too. According to his website he works form his studio in Leicester, England, as a freelance illustrator and graphic artist. 

His Football Characters serie is a perfect example of an artist who admires the biggest stars and is able to transform this love into recognizable abstracted illustrations. Stars like Ronaldo, Zlatan and Pirlo. I recently acquired his portrait of Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs. So excited!
