One of the biggest sports surprises this summer was definitely Kevin Durant leaving OKC and joining rival Golden State Warriors. Personally I am not a fan of the move, but hey, he had the opportunity to choose and so he did. And a villain team was born. Sportsong of the Week #56 is the adapted version of 'Competitive Streak' by Joey Dosik.
Los Angeles based R&B, soul artist Joey Dosik released an EP, “Game Winner”, June 24 and the video for the single “Competitive Streak” complements the emotions Thunder fans must be going through in the wake of Kevin Durant’s departure to the Golden State Warriors. Dosik, a hoop head and Lakers fan, wrote and recorded the entire EP while rehabbing a torn ACL he suffered while playing ball in 2015.
Makes me miss the dynamic duo of Westbrook and Durant already even more.
